How are MemoryFoam.com products different from other materials that claim to be visco-elastic?
Our memory foam is more dense, which means there are more cells per square inch than in most visco-elastic foams. Our ECO-COOL memory foam is organic, non-petroleum based foam that is engineered to keep you cooler at night. The greater density and airflow allows for greater sensitivity of the material, making it more durable and less temperature sensitive.
Who products are returnable?
Mattresses and toppers are under a 90-day risk-free trial period and can be returned at any time during these days. Pillows, mattress protectors, sheet sets, foundations, bed frames, and massage features are under warranty but cannot be returned as they are smaller, more personal items.
How long will it take to ship my mattress?
Generally, we ship orders within 3 days of receiving payments. You should expect to receive your product in 5-10 business days after placing the order (up to 10 days faster than Tempur-Pedic’s delivery).
How does the free trial work?
Upon shipment of the product, we will charge your credit card. If you decide you don’t want the product within 90 days of purchasing the item you may send it back to use for a full refund. If the item is not abnormally soiled or damaged, your money will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving your order back minus the original shipment costs.
Will I be able to track my order?

What if it arrives damaged?
Let the delivery truck driver know. If find it damages once you set it up, take a few pictures and contact us. We will have no problem sending you a new one.
What if I cancel my order before receiving the product?
If we have not shipped the order yet you will not be charged anything. If the order has already shipped you will have to pay to send it back to us. If the item has not yet arrived and you refuse delivery, you will be charged the shipping fees. We will then refund your money.
How long will it take for me to get used to a memory foam mattress?
Some people instantly experience better sleep with a memory foam mattress. However, if you are a first time user, it may take a few weeks to become adjusted to the support and pressure-relief feeling of memory foam. Users have described this feeling as “floating” or “light” as you are suspended in the memory foam.
Will a memory foam mattress make me hot?
Other companies mattresses may if they do not have sufficient airflow systems or use open cell memory foam. Our ECO-COOL foam is engineered to allow the greatest amount of airflow through the cells of memory foam. Furthermore, our COOLTEK technology provides air channels in your mattress to help dissipate heat. You should not have a problem overheating at night with our memory foam mattresses.
Is it more difficult to change position during sleep?
No. The memory foam contours to your exact body position, reducing tossing and turning. The slow recovery time of memory foam is not too slow to the point where you will sink into a divot and be unable to move freely on the mattress.
My memory foam mattress feels softer than when I first bought it, is this a problem?
Memory foam naturally undergoes an adjustment or “softening” period. Some memory cells may still be closed after the manufacturing process. Memory foam cells become fully opened and more responsive over time and continued use. This is completely normal and also desirable. It will increase pressure relief and the benefits of memory foam.
Why does my mattress feel firm and cold sometimes, and soft and responsive others?
Memory foam is temperature sensitive which may cause this feeling. Our ECO-CELL memory foam is designed to reduce this experience in different environments. However, memory foam will adjust to your body temperature and is designed to work with each individual’s unique shape, size, and weight.
My mattress is sagging and/or has a body indentation, what do I do?
If your mattress is sagging this may be a sign of a bad foundation. Memory foam conforms to whatever surface it is on. Old boxsprings may produce these sags, which is why we recommend a memoryfoam.com foundation. A sure way to test if your mattress is defective is to put it on the floor and see if the body indentation still exists.
Why does my memory foam mattress have a strange odor
Your mattress may have a slight odor, which is present from the manufacturing process. This is completely normal and will dissipate within a few days.
How hard is it to assemble?
Assembly is very simple and no tools are required. One person should be able to set up a bed in 15 minutes or less.
Do I have to flip or rotate my mattress?
No you do not, your memory foam mattress features a one-sided design and should never be flipped.
How do I wash my mattress/topper covers?
For covers that are machine washable, we recommend a cold temperature setting for machine washing, and a cool setting for machine drying. Air drying your covers are the best. Do not use any chlorine products or harsh stain removers. Never wash the memory foam material.
Will a box spring work for my mattress?
Memory foam mattresses perform best on flat, sturdy surfaces. Boxsprings will work as long as they do not have any indentations and are reliable. We recommend Memoryfoam.com foundations as they are made of solid wood and provide the optimal sleep settings for your memory foam mattress.
