Memoryfoam.com offers a 90-day risk-free sleep trial on all mattresses and toppers. This free trial is not applicable to pillows, foundations, bed frames, massage features, or covers as these are smaller, more personal products. The free trial is effective the day the product(s) are placed. Upon shipment, your credit card, GE money account, or other form of payment will be charged. Memoryfoam.com must receive returned products within 90 days of the purchase price for a refund to be administered. A return may be made for any reason and a full refund will be given considering the following requirements are met: (1) mattress is stained, (2) mattress is damaged beyond normal use expectations, (3) mattress is returned to Memoryfoam.com before 90-day trial expires. Refund will be given within ten business days of Memoryfoam.com receiving and inspecting the product, minus the original shipping expense. Returned adjustable beds will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refund will be given in the same manner payment was received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all return packaging and shipping expenses of the unwanted Memoryfoam.com product. Should an order arrive damaged, the customer should notify Memoryfoam.com immediately and they will not be held liable. Customers who refuse delivery of a product are responsible for all shipment costs associated with the order. Should you have a question as to whether the product will be accepted back by Memoryfoam.com, please contact us first and we will address your issue. If the customer would like Memoryfoam.com to handle pickup of the unwanted product with the costs coming out of the original payment for the item, please send an email to Claims@Memoryfoam.com.
