Due to the stringent standards by which our products are made, it is easy for us to stand behind them with a simple, straight-forward warranty. This covers any issues that may come up as a result of normal wear and tear If your mattress or topper develops any depressions over ½”, we will replace it at our option.
Please save your receipt as proof of purchase.
Mattresses are warranted for 20 years. This includes a full 10 year warranty, followed by a prorated period thereafter. You are 100% covered during the 10 year period. From years 11-20, MemoryFoam.com will cover 50% of the replacement costs if necessary.
Toppers are covered in periods ranging from 5-15 years depending upon density.
